Christmas in Swindon wouldn't be the same without a good old Panto!
And the students of New College are getting all geared up for their big production 'Mother Goose', which is on all this week. The whole panto has been created by the New College Performing Arts Department and written by the students themselves, and is being performed at the colleges Phoenix theatre. It's on everyday this week up until Friday 12 December, tickets are £4.50 for adults and £3 concessions. > New College - website

Victorian Christmas
at Lydiard House

See Swindon's Lydiard House decked out for a Victorian family Christmas with traditional trimmings on real Christmas trees and beautifully festive floral decorations in the State Rooms.
On Sunday 14 December, the house's stable block is also for wreath and table top decoration making using natural materials sourced from the park. £3 per adult or child.
